Vehicle Classifications:
Many people often miss-label cars when it comes to classification of age. This is the list of classifications to help you identify the age of a vehicle
A) Veteran &Edwardian - Manufactured prior to 31st December, 1918
B) Vintage - Manufactured between 1st January, 1919 and 31st December 1930 (Click here for the Anatomy of a Vintage Car)
C) Post Vintage - Manufactured between 1st January, 1931, 31 December 1949
D) Classic Acceptance - Manufactured from 1st January, 1950 and 31st December, 1964
E) Modern Classic Manufactured from 1st January, 1965 to a date not less than thirty (30) years before the date of application in the club
The VCCA (Tas) accepts vehicles that fit into any of the classification above (Subject to passing a club inspection)
